Plugin Installation

Important Note: The Woocommerce plugin is not compatible with all gateways. **If your payment details are put into an iframe, the plugin will NOT be compatible (i.e. Stripe, Square).

Configuring our Wordpress/Woocommerce plugin is super easy. Follow the below steps to get setup in less than 5 mintues.

Start by downloading the plugin.

Generate API Token

If you have not yet generated an API token, you can reference how to do so here: API Tokens

Install Plugin

Navigate to your Wordpress dashboard, click on Plugins on the left menu and Install our plugin. Once complete, hover over the Woocommerce menu item on the left and select Triple Verify. You'll see the screen below. Insert the API Token you copied above and click "Next: Select Store".

From here, select your store from the drop down box and click "Next: Complete Setup".

Basic installation is now complete. Next click on "Settings".

From here you can finalize the last final couple of settings. Notice your tracking domain in the highlighted box.

Decide what happens when orders are flagged for REVIEW. You can either process them normally or place them on hold for manual review.

Next, decide

what happens when orders are marked as DECLINED. You can either process them normally, place them on hold for manual review or completely decline them all together. Once done, click "Save Settings" to finalize the setup.
